- 1 cup left-over palak ki sabji
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Black pepper to taste (optional)
- Salt to taste.
- Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl to make a tight dough.
- If the mix is not tight enough, add some more wheat flour. If the above mix doesn't bind well , add some water to make a tight dough.
- Make golf-sized balls of dough and roll it out.
- Make pooris by frying in hot oil.
- Or make parothas by roasting it on hot griddle.
- Serve hot with pickle and curds.
